When you make a gift to the Annual Fund, you are supporting Nurtury’s families who rely on our centers and family child care providers to care for their infants, toddlers, and preschoolers in safe, nurturing, and educational learning environments, while they work or go to school.
Nurtury is funded through a mix of state and federal funding, United Way, private foundation grants, and tuition from those that are able. But it simply is not enough to cover the full cost of the care we provide.
Unrestricted contributions help where we need it most. Reimbursements alone do not cover the full cost to educate and care for the children in our centers. There’s a growing need. Philanthropy from individuals, corporations, and foundations help to support our classrooms, professional development for our teachers, family engagement programming, field trips, breakfast, lunch and snack, transportation, and more.

Volunteer
Volunteering at Nurtury Early Education is a great way to make a positive impact in the lives of young children and the communities in which they live and there are many ways to be involved. From event sponsorships and collections drives to advocating for early education and spending time in our centers, we have opportunities to fit each individual or corporation’s interests.
Toy Drive
Every year, Nurtury holds a toy drive to provide the children in our care with a holiday gift. Thanks to the support of Corporate and individual sponsors, we collect over 1,000 wrapped gifts that are distributed to our families in December. A holiday gift means the world to the children that we care for. Help us spread the joy!
